Every vintage is new

We come from a family of wine growers that have succeeded for generations. Our vineyards are located in the magical town of Baños de Valdearados situated in the D.O Ribera del Duero renowned for their superior grapes and wines. In order to reflect the value of our land we have developed the Mosaico de Baco in which the figure of Bacchus God reminds us of the relationship of more than 2.000 years of this land.

We have the affection and respect to our ancestors heritage, so we pass on the knowledge that comes from them and adapt new knowledge to work our vineyards. We know that unique wines such as Mosaico de Baco are excellent quality and an a true reflection of the hard within vineyards.

From the tradition, the slow and well done work, we offer our wines every vintage.

The cycles of our vineyards

The vineyards are situated over 900 meters of altitude within a complicated orography, where the old vines ripen under the walnut and apple trees, in a succession of valleys and hills obtaining water from the depths of the soil.

From the tradition, the slow and well done work, we offer our wines every vintage.

The El Mosaico de Baco vineyards are in Baños de Valdearados, they suffer the extreme climate that typify the Ribera del Duero; low temperatures, frost in winter, warm and dry summers with cool nights.

Nearly the entirely of our vineyard belong to the variety of grape Tempranillo (also named Tinto Fino or Tinta del País). We have a high percentage of hundred-year-old vines, which we select to make our best wines, it is a high quality and limited production. The variety of the rest of the vineyards is Albillo (a white variety) which is used to make our Rosé Mosaico de Baco.
